Returns

You can request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care, makeup and fragrance items cannot be returned.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds are issued within 7–14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
