Privacy policy

This policy covers the Zakrti store on both the website and the Android app. The app collects nothing the website does not: no contacts, no photos, no background location and no advertising identifier.

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: name, mobile number and delivery address. An email address is optional and is used only to send your order confirmation.

Sharing your location on the map is entirely optional. If you choose to, we store the coordinates with that order and pass them to the driver so they can find your door — nothing else, and we do not track you afterwards. You can remove the pin before placing the order.

If you ask for order updates on WhatsApp, we message the number you gave us about that order only: the confirmation, when it goes into processing, when it ships along with the tracking number, and when it is delivered. If you reply, your reply is kept with the order so we can act on it. We send no marketing, and you can stop the updates by telling us.

If you switch on order notifications in the app, your phone is issued a token by Google which we store with the order so we can notify you about it. The token identifies a handset, not a person — it does not reveal who you are or your number — and it is cleared on our side automatically once the app is uninstalled. You can switch notifications off in your phone's settings at any time.

There is no account and no password. You track an order with its number and the mobile number on it.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people found us — the page, the kind of device, and an approximate location from the internet address. It is aggregate traffic data that does not tell us who you are, and you can switch it off in your browser settings or with a content blocker.

We also use the Meta Pixel, from Meta, so that our advertising reaches people it is relevant to and we can tell which of it worked. It reports to Facebook and Instagram which pages of this shop your browser opened, which products you looked at or added to the basket, and — if you place an order — its total, how many items it had and its order number, along with a cookie identifier and your internet address. It does not send your name, your mobile number, your email or your delivery address. You can stop it with a content blocker, or from the ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram account.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the courier delivering your order — name, mobile number, address, and the map pin if you gave one — and with the analytics and advertising providers above.

Order records are kept for accounting and customer service, and for as long as the law requires.

To see or delete your data, write to [email protected] from the email on the order, or message us on WhatsApp from the number on it. We answer within thirty days. Invoice records we are legally required to keep will remain.

This store is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
