Delete your data

Zakrti has no account and no password. You do not create one to buy, and there is nothing to delete until you order something — what we hold is the orders themselves.

What an order holds: your name, mobile number, your email if you gave one, the delivery address, the map coordinates if you shared them, what you bought and what it cost, and a notification token if you switched notifications on in the app.

To ask for it to be deleted, fill in the form below, or write to [email protected] from the email on the order, or message us on WhatsApp from the same mobile number. We check the request against that mobile number, because deleting someone else's data on the strength of one message is not privacy protection.

We answer within thirty days. Your name, mobile number, email, address, coordinates, notification token and the WhatsApp messages about your order are deleted then.

What remains is the invoice record — order number, date, amount, and tax where it applies — because Saudi law requires a shop to keep its accounting records. That record carries no name and no address once the deletion is done.

If an order is still on its way, the deletion happens once it has been delivered: a parcel cannot be delivered to an address that has been erased.
